The concept behind ROAD was to combine the electric and acoustic cassette recordings of Michael Mulvaney from Everyone Is Blue and Cut The Mustard, and release on CD, with the addition of a new electric version of original song, I Must Have Been A Fool To Be In Love, a re-singing of original song, Send Me, and new acoustic versions of original, Dear Frances, featuring Paul Brier on soprano sax, and New Orleans classic tune, Last Call For Alcohol, featuring Paul Brier on clarinet.
